Your course will be held at: Flawless Professional Aesthetics Clinic located in; SurePass Beauty Academy.
8 Aylsham Road, Norwich, NR3 3HQ. Private Parking is available, please request details.
Course Accreditation
Your training is being provided by Kirsty @ Flawless Professional Aesthetics, in association with SurePass Beauty Academy (owned by Kirsty) which is accredited with IPHM. Upon completion of your training, your certificate will be issued by SurePass Beauty Academy.
Payments
Payment in full is required for ALL course bookings.
Permanent Makeup Courses
Payment in full is required to book a course. £500 of the full payment forms a deposit for the course space secured: this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions.
Aesthetic Courses
Payment in full is required to book a course. £100 of the full payment forms a deposit for the course space secured: this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions.
Course Cancellation
You must contact Flawless before the start of your course if you wish to cancel a place/booking.
Should you choose to fully cancel your course up until the start time of your course, the deposit/s amounts are retained – £500 for PMU or £100 for aesthetics, per each course date booked per student attending. Your remaining balance will be refunded upon request to the original payment method. A refund must be requested within 3 months of your original course date, thereafter no refunds or transfers will be made.
No show: Failing to show to up to a course, giving no notice or non-attendance prior to the course start time, will be result in payment in full being applicable, with no refund: under all circumstances. In this circumstance Flawwless has no opportunity to fill the course space, therefore you are deemed as taking a course space.
Flawless reserve the right to consider requests for deposit transfers subject to unforeseen personal circumstances, evidence of which will be requested for review.
Course Transfer
Changing the date of your course can be requested 1 week (7 days) before the commencement of the training start time and not after: You will be able to transfer the deposit one time ONLY to a new course date, on the basis the remaining balance is fully non refundable and non transferable. The ability to change a course date is possible once only. No exceptions. You have 3 months to choose a new course date from the original course date, thereafter payment in full will be retained with no exceptions or refunds or transfers.
Changing The Attendee
In the event of the person booked on the course not being able to attend, a change of attendee is accepted prior to the course start time with an administration fee of £50 being required.
Sale & Promotional Offers
If a course is on sale, discounted offer price or under any sale/promotion, no other offers can be used in conjunction with the offer.
Courses on sale are non refundable and non transferable.
Where a course be may offered as part of a sale, for example buy one get one free. Any course booked will be non refundable and non transferable. A free course can not be exchanged for any monetary value. If the student fails to attend the originally booked date of any of the courses on offer, the course can not be transferred or refunded in any way. Full payment is retained.
Flawless Course Changes
In the unfortunate event Flawless cancels a course, Flawless will offer you the option to rebook your course. You have 3 months to choose a new course date from the original course date, thereafter payment in full will be retained with no exceptions of refunds or transfers. You will have the option to choose a full refund if you have not started your course.
The exception being that you have not previously or already cancelled or rebooked the same course resulting in us retaining any deposits, in this instance you will be able to choose a new course date with a transfer of your deposit, with no refund provided of the already held deposit.
Flawless is not responsible for any accommodation, parking, childcare, travel or other costs that students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
We reserve the right to amend prices, promotions and offers at any time.
We reserve the right to amend course content and structure and duration.
We reserve the right to revoke or cancel any courses at any time.
NATIONAL LOCKDOWNS
No refunds will be provided should any local or national restrictions be in place causing business closure or disruption. However, where possible a free of charge course transfer to an alternative course date will be considered as the discretion of Flawless.
