Do you use numbing cream?

Yes, I use numbing before the treatment and during. I like my clients to feel very comfortable throughout the treatment, some even fall asleep!

Will it hurt?

Everyone is different, many clients drift off during the treatment, some compare it to an elastic band ping every now and then.

How long does it take?

Depending on the treatment area and your skin type, typically between 2-2.5 hours for your first treatment. A retouch is usually around 1.5-2hours

Can I bring a friend?

You can bring a friend & check in with them once the outline has been agreed, but they will have to remain in the waiting room throughout.

Can I bring my child?

You are unable to bring children to the studio, this can be distracting and our insurance does not allow them to be present.

How long does it last?

The duration of Permanent makeup varies depending on many influencing factors, such as health, medication, skin type, skin care routine.

Do I have to have the retouch in 6 weeks?

I recommend the retouch to all my clients, this ensure the area is perfected. Often tweaking is needed on the shape and colour before the final finished results can be seen.

How often do I have to have the area redone?

Usually most makeup lasts 12 months until it needs an annual top up, or you can allow it to fade. Eyeliner is a longer term commitment, because of the darker pigment & ingredients it can often last many years.

I need to move/cancel my appointment – what should I do?

When you book your appointment you will be asked for a £30 deposit which is non refundable & non transferable.

I will allow you to move your appointment only once – only if 48 hours notice is given.  If less than 48hours the deposit is non refundable and non transferable with no exceptions.  To rebook you will need to pay an additional £30 deposit, rest assured the full £60 deposit then paid will come off your total balance. Should you need to cancel on a second occasion the full £60 would therefore be non refundable and non transferable with no exceptions.    Appointment cancellations thereafter are immediately non refundable and will not be transfered to a new appointment, with no exceptions
